I decided in the month of May I would set my phone alarm to ring each day at 10:59 a.m. to see what I could capture about "Life in 2025 at 11 a.m. in May". What a terrible title.
Never perfect in these challenges for myself, but they do make me mindful about what I am doing and be intentional with my time (that is my word of the year - INTENTIONAL).
MAY 1 -
MAY 2 -
Never perfect, like I said. Looks like I was playing tennis at 11 a.m. - at 3:54 this was my view, by 6 p.m. we were here. . .
MAY 3 - 10:39 (we were in a boring shopping strip at 11 a.m. - I won't waste space posting that)
MAY 4 -
MAY 5 -
An hour early on this one . .Uncle B and Tom cleaning up the golf cart they borrowed for us for the weekend. By 11 a.m. we were in the car heading to the airport (again, do have a picture but not worth the space to post).
MAY 6 -
Orientation day at work! Yes, an "actual" 11 a.m. pic. These pictures were sent to me later in the day though. . .
MAY 7 -
Another photo from the Middle East - the group she was with were delivering a vehicle to another city and traveling through this very desert area.
MAY 8 -
Must have been another WFH day or at least working at home that morning - I don't ever come home for lunch but was home that morning!
MAY 9 -
I'm often home on Monday mornings and almost always on Fridays - lunchtime is a great time to get laundry done!
MAY 10 -
I wasn't exactly sure where I was when I snapped this picture at 11:01. . .the next photo is from 1:45 - turns out I was in Ohio and this was a walk we took with my sister, her friends, and some pups :)
MAY 11 -
"Actual 11 a.m. picture" - we were in church.
But what would have been my "Picture of the Day" is this of my sister, my dad, and me with a light breakfast after church.MAY 12 -
MAY 13 -
MAY 14 -
I had to look back on my work calendar to see where I was going at 11 a.m. - "Lunch with Jerry" is what it says :). We meet every 4-6 weeks at 11:15 for lunch at Zaxby's or Firehouse - it's always good to keep up with him. He's the retired safety guy from my days at Mesa. I will miss these beautiful blue skies in February :(MAY 15 -
Ummm. . .this is ALL I have so I must have been at work and bored enough to be reading a magazine?? Still love picking up and reading a book/magazine and even marking them up. I just don't go back to digital references as often.
MAY 16 - IDK what I was doing at work at 11 a.m., but at 6 p.m. I was reunited with these tennis friends to celebrate Heidi's 50th birthday!! What a joy to have known these women for so long and, even living in different cities, getting the opportunity to be together for one evening.
MAY 17 - at 11 a.m. it appears that I was walking Radar either to or from the Bells down the street.
The REAL Picture of the Day, though, was celebrating these FOUR graduates!! We hosted at the Maxwell's house - Noah (PhD - UTK), Rachel (Communications - UTK), Ellie (Exercise Science maybe?? UTC) and Rachel's twin Sarah (nursing, ETSU). So honored to get to have this get together with our family and some of Rachel's family and friends.

MAY 20 -
Let's talk compliance training 2026 - there are a LOT of different people/positions to consider! We are only in charge of assigning (not necessarily dictating) this at our bank - we were just trying to wrap our heads around the task ahead.
Laura and her friend Jess were still on their travels in South America and I received some pics that day from them :)
MAY 21 -
Look how pretty and full my garage planter is! And, no kidding, the time/date stamp on these pics from Laura was 10:50 and 11:33 a.m. May 21st:

MAY 22 -
Looks like I was in Cookeville at our 10th Street branch that day. It was a last stop on an Around the World tour I took with HR to our 14 branch locations in 10 (??) cities as well as our loan operations building here in Knoxville.
MAY 23 -
MAY 24 -
Looks like it was a nice day to be outside - breakfast after pickleball (I play most Saturdays from 7-9 a.m.) at 9:53 and at 11:06 was starting a new book :)MAY 25 - I had to look through my pictures to try to figure out why I had these vegetables on the counter at 11 a.m.
It appears that is what was for dinner!! Turns out we celebrated Erin a couple of days early this year :). She turned 22 on May 28th.MAY 26 - We had the doggies out at the park at 11 a.m. - Memorial Day
MAY 27 -
At work, probably where I should be at 11 a.m. on a Tuesday :). I try to take the stairs when I'm not lugging my "office" (backpack with everything in it) around.
MAY 28 -
Doing another Elevate Every Conversation training at 11 a.m.
MAY 29 - running last-minute errands before heading to IRELAND later that day
MAY 30 - 11 a.m. local time in DUBLIN - Tom and I stopped at a Starbucks for me to have a pick-me-up and him to just sit and zone out for a bit. It was really 6 a.m. Knoxville time and we hadn't been to bed since we woke up in Knoxville on May 29th.
And there it is. . .another "Picture in Time" for the Month of May in 2025. Until I compile all the pictures, I sometimes don't realize how varied my life can be - just how I like it!
So glad I am doing this. . .decided it would be "Noon in June" since it rhymes :)
Stay tuned!
Love,
Jenni
